📦 Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., comics, downloadable content) are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable

  • The download link does not work and cannot be restored

If this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance.

📦 Physical Products (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes physical items (like merchandise or printed comics), you may return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in these cases:

  • Buyer changed their mind after purchasing

  • Incorrect or outdated email/address provided during checkout

  • Late access/download attempts beyond the valid window
